I am often asked to recommend an Antivirus/Spyware software application. Below is the primary software that I recommend for home and small office users. I do not recommend any of the free antivirus programs. You get what you pay for and I constantly have to use the software below to clean them. The software below has everything you need to keep your computer safe. I especially recommend this version if you are plugging your computer directly into our cable modem without a hardware firewall. This software provides you with a software firewall as well. I have tried and fought them all and Trend is hands down my favorite.

My second recommendation is the safe software above but in the professional version. It is a little higher in price but adds additional protections such as ristricting certain sites, encryption, and pc performance tools.
